1. This competition is open to all UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over who hold a valid passport and subscribe to the free monthly travel.dk.com newsletter, with the exception of employees of the promoter (Penguin Books Ltd), their immediate families and anyone else connected with this promotion.
2. No Purchase necessary to enter.
3. Participants can enter via www.dkdreamtrip.com They must answer the question correctly and use the tokens to compose their trip of a lifetime (choose up to 5 destinations). All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw and the winning entry will be selected at random by pulling entries out of a hat. Illegible, incomplete or late entries will not be included in the draw. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Only one entry per person, however entrants may be allowed one extra entry per friend they recommend who also submits a valid entry.
5. The closing date is 31st March 2007 and the draw will take place on 2nd April 2007. The winner will be notified by 30th April 2007.
6. The prize is £5000 worth of flights vouchers redeemable at North South Travel (www.northsouthtravel.co.uk) and £5000 cash. The prize is not to win the trip reflected in the winners’ entry and neither need the flights booked reflect this. The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative to the flights vouchers. All travel should be booked by December 31st 2007 and completed by December 31st 2008.
7. To obtain a list of winners for any prize draw, please email editor@dk.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading 4 weeks after the draw date.
8. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition and the distribution of the travel.dk.com newsletter.
9. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to use their names and photographs in such publicity.
10. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
